1. Puppies are purchased as a companion animals (pets) only. Puppies are transferred with the understanding
that they will to go to carefully selected parties and that the Purchasers avows that the puppies will become a member
of the family. The puppies are placed as family companions first & foremost, as such they are to be allowed
indoor access to the home & family, is to be fed & kept indoors at all times.
2. Purchasers also agree to continue to conscientiously train the puppies at home and to assume that the puppies are
given adequate socialization..
3. If at any time a buyer can no longer retain possession of the dog, the seller is to be notified
and given FIRST OPTION of resuming full ownership at a price of no less than $1.00 and no more than one-half of the original
sale price. This would take into consideration the costs incurred by the breeder in caring for the dog and locating a new
home. The dog will be returned with the CKC papers and any medical records.
4. The Purchasers agree to take proper safeguards for the care and comfort of the puppiesy, to include, but
not limited to, a fenced yard or run - the puppies are NOT be tied out as a normal course of restraint, proper shelter,
adequate food & water, exercise and ongoing socialization. The puppies shall not be allowed to run or roam free unless
under the direct supervision of a qualified adult, and must never run free in violation of any leash law at any time.
5. The Purchasers agree that any abuse or neglect of dog, physical, emotional or otherwise, whether
intentional or involuntary, will void all claims to said dog, and that all rights, legal claims and full ownership will be
transferred will and immediately revert to the Breeder with no recourse to Purchasers.
6. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter, or similar establishment.
7. The Purchaser agrees that any and all transportation costs, to and/or from the Breeder’s premises
will be at the cost of the Purchaser.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at
the time of this sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 48 hours for
a physical examination. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the
seller, the dog may be, upon written diagnosis from the purchaser’s veterinarian, returned for refund of the purchase
price or for another dog of equal value, the choice to be determined by the seller.
Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall
be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen and paid for by the seller. Should the veterinarian not concur with the
original diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser.
